Shipping & Returns

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take longer.

    Shipping: Delivery times and rates vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. We currently ship exclusively within Portugal (conveniently to your home via CTT) and some Europe countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain), so that we can be just close enough to kick your ass in case of any complaints (just joking, you will love it). However, we plan to switch to DPD for improved service and expand our shipping options to other European countries. Stay tuned for updates by following us on Instagram.

    Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

    Shipping Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items.

    Return Policy: We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or pre-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

    Return Process: Contact our Customer Service team at bluehurricane.eu@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

    Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

    Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

    Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

    Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
